FOR THE HUMAN PART OF YOUR JOURNEY
Starting again. Feeling stuck. Quietly proud.
Find a moment from Erik’s weight journey
that speaks to where you are today.
A little recognition can go a long way.
There’s a version
of me who’s
been here, too.
You don’t have to start at day one.
YOUR SITUATION COMES FIRST
The same feeling can happen on day two or year two. Start there. The app looks for published moments that relate to your situation.
Try a situation. See the idea.
In the app, you can also put it in your own words.
For the days you’re finding your way back
A moment about returning after a break, with all the mixed feelings that come with it.
This is an interactive explanation, not a video player. The examples show the idea; the beta’s real story library is still taking shape.
A CONNECTION, IN A FEW SMALL STEPS
Choose what feels closest, or describe it in your own words. You can explore without logging any numbers.
Find a short video from Erik’s journey that relates to yours. A moment from last year can still meet you today.
Some moments stand alone. Others become stories. Save one, leave a private note, and find its next chapter when it’s added.
Food, a photo, a little note.
As much detail as you want.
See what I’ve shared
next to your own meal.

LITTLE EVERYDAY THINGS, TOO
The stories are at the heart of it. Your everyday life has a place here, too.
Add a photo for an AI estimate, describe a meal, or enter it yourself. Review the estimate before saving.
See the meals I choose to share beside yours. Swipe between days. Two different lives, a little shared company.
Keep weight, steps and check-ins if they help. Hide the numbers when you want more space.
ONE PERSON’S JOURNEY. ROOM FOR YOURS.
NotJustCals starts with Erik’s own experience of losing weight, gaining it back, and finding his way again. The ordinary meals. The difficult days. The things that felt worth sharing.
The idea is simple: a moment from someone else’s past might help you feel a little more understood in your present.
Erik’s story is his. Your journey is yours.A FEW THINGS YOU MIGHT WONDER
No. Food, weight and other tracking tools are optional. You can start with a situation and explore the stories. You can also hide tracking highlights in your space.
The app begins with Erik’s journey. Moments are matched to your situation rather than watched in date order. The beta’s real video library is still being built, so a matching moment may not be available yet.
The videos share personal experience. AI food estimates can be wrong, so you review and adjust them before saving. The app does not provide personalised medical care or promise a particular result.
Your personal entries are private to your account. Erik can explicitly share his own meals and daily steps with members. You control what you add, and can export your account data or request deletion in Settings. Read the beta privacy information.
An Android test build is available for existing beta testers. Access is still limited while sign-in delivery and the first real story collection are prepared. iPhone testing is not available yet. See Android beta details.
The beta is currently free, with no payment details required. A paid version may come later; no future pricing or free access period has been set.
